(1) Principle of face test

According to the requirements of the relevant specifications, the sample is subjected to a certain tensile load, and the bending deformation is repeated until the sample is completely damaged (or partially damaged), and the repeated bending times of the steel wire rope are measured. , that is, "resistance to fatigue times".
(2) Manufacture and requirements of samples
The sampling method of the wire rope fatigue test sample is the same as that of the whole rope tensile sample.
The length of the sample should be selected according to the requirements of relevant specifications, usually the length of the sample should not be less than 3000mm.
