1. The wire should be distributed according to the actual inner rope diameter of the enterprise. When the inner rope is twisted, there should be enough space between the outer strands to prevent students from learning from each other through the inner strands when the stainless steel wire rope is in use. Squeeze so that no different deformation occurs.
2. When producing the inner rope, it should be slightly loose. The stainless steel wire rope is mainly laid in layers. If the inner rope is not twisted well, the strands of the inner rope will be covered when the outer rope is twisted. At the same time, since the torsional moment of the outer rope is greater than that of the inner rope, the production of the inner rope should be slightly loose.
3. The lay length of the outer layer wire rope is larger than that of the inner layer wire rope, so the twist direction of the inner layer wire rope and the strands can be changed to reduce the lay length of the inner layer wire rope. Since the torque of the outer rope is greater than that of the inner rope, the twisting direction and distance multiple of each layer are well controlled
4. The stainless steel wire rope with the same twist direction, length and strength is produced on a unified machine.
