Wire Rope Insert Sling:
1. The actual breaking strength of the rope buckle should be at least 70% of the minimum breaking force of the corresponding wire rope.
Note: If the wire rope has a metal core, the metal core should be inserted at least three times, which can be regarded as the load-bearing part of the wire rope.
2. In a single sling, the minimum distance between the insertion parts of the buckle at each end shall not be less than 10 times the nominal diameter of the wire rope.
Pressed wire rope rigging:
1. The actual breaking strength of the rope buckle should be at least 90% of the minimum breaking force of the corresponding wire rope.
2. The length of the rope sleeve of the pressed wire rope sling (referring to the distance from the joint to the inner edge of the rope sleeve) shall not be less than 15 times the nominal diameter of the wire rope without the collar.
