1. The plug connection at the end of the sling should not be less than 20 times the diameter of the wire rope and not less than 300mm, and should meet the following requirements: (1) The strength of the plug connection should not be less than 70% of the minimum breaking force of the rope ; (2) The splicing strands should be tightened, the protruding part should be smooth and flat, and an appropriate length (about 15mm) should be reserved at the end of the splicing connection and fastened with metal wires; (3) The length of the braiding should meet the technical requirements (attached). Table 8).
2. The rope eye fixedly connected by the rope clip at the end of the sling shall not be used to assemble the sling, and shall meet the following requirements: (1) The rope clip should meet the technical requirements; (2) The clip seat should be pressed on the side of the working long head of the wire rope , and tighten it according to the specified torque (the rope is flattened by 1/4-1/3 of the diameter), and the connection strength should not be less than 80% of the strength of the wire rope itself; (3) The number of rope clips (not less than 3), the spacing ( About 5-6 times the diameter of the wire rope) should meet the technical requirements (Appendix 4); (4) The distance between the last rope clamp and the wire rope head should not be less than 140mm.
3. The eyelet of the metal sleeve press connection at the end of the sling shall meet: (1) The strength of the press connection shall not be less than the minimum breaking force of the rope; (2) Two metal sleeves must be pressed at each end of the ring sling, and the inner side spacing At least 3 times the length of the casing; (3) The minimum distance between the inner sides of the metal casing at both ends of the sling shall not be less than 10 times the diameter of the wire rope; (4) The lead alloy pressed joint should meet the requirements of GB6946.
4. The minimum circumference of the ring-shaped plug connection sling should not be less than 96 times the diameter of the sling wire rope; use the diameter of the smooth round pin inserted into the eyelet or 3 times the maximum width of the hook, and the inner side of the plug connection eyelet should be used. The length should be at least 10 times the diameter of the corresponding wire rope. The inner length of the metal sleeve pressing connection eyelet shall be at least 15 times the diameter of the corresponding wire rope.
5. The sling must be made of the whole rope, and there must be no joints in the middle.
